RecommendedExcellent experience. Went in thinking I had one condition, clogged ear from wax and it was explained to me that I had conductive hearing loss from other possible conditions. All the possibilities and options were discussed giving me full understanding of my situation and what I need to do moving forward. RecommendedSheltering in place in the pandemic, my hearing aid stopped working. I found Better Living on the internet. They weren’t open but I left a message. An hour later Angie called, made an appointment for that day. She easily fixed my hearing aid, showed me what to do in the future. What a relief to hear again!
