When purchasing a home, we gave Betty what we thought was going to be an easy transaction. Well... it was not an easy one, we had multiple hoops to jump through on another transaction that made the purchase with her look almost impossible at times. Betty stick with us, had the patience of a saint, and got us to the finish line!

Miss Betty Tharpe was extremely helpful. Although I was not able to purchase a home. She helped me fix my credit where it needed to be to be able to purchase one! She exceeded in every way. She took the time to listen and give details to help me best. I would defiantly recommend miss Betty.

As if we weren't impressed enough with Betty last year when we purchased our home, she once again proved she does her best for her clients even a year later! I was a little hesitant to re-finance . I have heard a lot of myth on the negative impact ! Mrs. Betty was able to educate us and help us see the big picture. She was so patient and kind and did not mind spending hours on the phone to answer all of our questions. She made the process quick and easy. She is also fluent in Spanish! That was a big bonus point for us! I will highly recommend her to all my family and friends.
