I wish our new construction builder had OVM as a preferred lender but unfortunately we had to use their preferred lender and were unable to complete the process with Betty Tharpe. Betty and her team were extremely meticulous and hard working. Due to their efforts, we were able to close on a foreclosure in under 45 days... If you know anything about foreclosures, you'll know how rare this is. Buying a home is something you'll only do a couple of times in your life, don't make the mistake of choosing the wrong team.
