Although a refinance would not be in my best interest right now after reviewing my situation, with her guidance and tools she gave me a strategy with which I will be able to achieve paying down the mortgage and save money on interest. Very helpful and highly recommend!

Very patient with first time home buyers and went above and beyond in explaining how the whole process works and what to expect paperwork wise. You could always either email or text her directly if you have any further questions or concerns. I really don’t know what else to say and I love that basket that she gives you once everything has been finalized.

Betty was great and accomdating! Even with the panadimic taking place. We could never meet up in person but that didn't stop her from making sure we were getting the best! She explained the process to us , kept us up to date on everything we needed and made sure we were getting the best. She would call us to check in on the progress and made sure we were on top of things.

Betty was great. We had some hiccups in our loan and she fixed everyone of them quickly. She got us a very good rate during this covid-19 situation. She was so pleasant and very knowledgeable.
