Subaru provided transportation all the way to our house when the car needed to be left - not just to the Huntington Metro Station. Recall was taken care of and the car was inspected and washed for free. GREAT SERVICE!
Top notch service with a genuine smile. You can tell these guys really like what they do. Very comfortable waiting room with complimentary coffee and snacks. Oil change and state inspection turnaround was less than an hour, and they throw in a multi-point inspection and a free car wash!

Appreciated the ease of obtaining an appointment and the smooth check-in process. I would have appreciated a more detailed printed report on the status my car (e.g., brake wear, tire wear, etc.) as I have received in the past.
Needed air bag inflator recall service . During service visit found part was not available so there was delay. Fortunately car was available for use until part arrived. Everyone did the best they could.
Completed with no issues or complaints.
