Good service from rep. However, I was taken aback by recoil recalled for Subarus. I never got a notification prior to my oil change visit. Plus 30,000 service checkpoint is $800. That is too much.

I loved my experience with Don Beyer Subaru. The staff sat down with me and my husband and answered all our questions about the different models Subaru had to offer. They took the time to show us different cars that were available and we are very happy with the Forester we purchased.
The service & reception were very fine as usual except the car's cleaning, i.e., washing & vacuming upon return were substandard. It's my wife's car and she unhappily pointed it out to me. My personal tongue lashing.

Drove right into the service bay and someone came right out. Really like the changes that have taken place. Waiting area is open and bright.
I was pleased with the service for my 2017 Subaru on 1-23-2020, at Beyer Subaru. However, since my car is not quite 3 years old I thought some services would still be covered under warranty but apparently not. Also, a few days after the service I received a notice saying my oil change is past due ?? Thank you.
