My last visit was not a service, but this dealership has become increasingly impersonal, outsourcing appointments, and it seems less familiar, connected or knowledgeable of or friendly toward returning and regular customers. It used to be the most comfortable and easy experience, now a colder and more impersonal one: That reason was a very significant part of my choice to return for all of my service visits to Beyer Subaru.
