Stephanie at Beyer spent a lot of extra time with me to assure we both understood my concerns about some past service and ready for the future. She was very careful and made sure I understood her comments.

My last visit was not a service, but this dealership has become increasingly impersonal, outsourcing appointments, and it seems less familiar, connected or knowledgeable of or friendly toward returning and regular customers. It used to be the most comfortable and easy experience, now a colder and more impersonal one: That reason was a very significant part of my choice to return for all of my service visits to Beyer Subaru.
