I am not able to rate because list also states car was washed/detailed. My car wasn't even washed outside. Other items on list were completed. Two person I interacted were professional and served quickly.
The service representative was both friendly and helpful. A 30,000 mile service was done and appears well done. Going to Don Breyer is non-stressful.
