Was fortunate to have a loaner while they attempted to duplicate complaint noise. Odd that they couldn't - 'clunk' noise was obvious the instant I started the engine to leave the service lot. And this morning I have an additional noise. Won't be bringing the car back anytime soon tho; will wait for something to fall of first.
Adam was courteous and attentive. A pleasant waiting room while I waited for my vehicle.
