Shay at Beyer Subaru is simply wonderful! We request her by name as she is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and trustworthy. Once again (and right at the holidays!) Shay arranged for a loaner, got our diagnostics done swiftly, clearly communicated the issues and our options and completed the needed repairs.
