Shay arranged for a loaner, got our diagnostics done swiftly, clearly communicated the issues and our options and completed the needed repairs. While we are frustrated with Subaru (the automaker), we are so appreciative of Shay.
The service staff person was pleasant. I was there to have an accessory added to my new vehicle that had been on back order. I am happy with this addition and the work done.
