Shay at Beyer Subaru is simply wonderful! We request her by name as she is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and trustworthy. Once again (and right at the holidays!) Shay arranged for a loaner, got our diagnostics done swiftly, clearly communicated the issues and our options and completed the needed repairs. While we are frustrated with Subaru (the automaker), we are so appreciative of Shay.
