I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this contractor. They arrived around 12:30 pm, and I clearly explained that I needed a written estimate before any work began. I also mentioned I already had a $1,500 quote from another company. The owner gave a verbal ballpark of $2,000–$3,000, which I said was too high.
