Bit more expensive for the work
Needs to be upfront on first visit if he thinks he will be able to repair. Paid him $500 for no resolution. Had to hire someone else to repair and was completed in an hour. Definitely would never refer him to anyone else.
I'm impressed with the lack of professionalism of this company. This is the text I got talking about competition: " A word of warning... Be cautious in hiring someone else. Most people working on irrigation aren't properly trained or licensed. I am quite efficient with my time and know how to figure out the most challenging issues. Rescheduled and then no-show! Called later , but I hired someone else by then.
Their staff is slow in work. Owner will send a guy he will make the video call to the owner and owner gives directions to the staff for instructions things go very slow. Second day when I asked about his experience on fixing things they left with out fixing the repair as I asked his experience as I am paying. For same amount of work other company gave $385 quote.
