Very pleased… I think if I should ever need the service again, I can count on his skills, integrity and availability…. It appears the work was done properly and issue taken care of… I had just paid someone to place a poorly function rain gage. Adam found the problem immediately… He wants me to monitor it. I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this contractor. They arrived around 12:30 pm, and I clearly explained that I needed a written estimate before any work began. I also mentioned I already had a $1,500 quote from another company. The owner gave a verbal ballpark of $2,000–$3,000, which I said was too high. Scam alert — be very careful! We requested a quote for a simple repair, but instead this company charged us for “diagnostics” we never agreed to, spent hours digging, and then left the work completely unfinished. Nothing was repaired, and we were left with holes and problems still unresolved. When we raised concerns, the response was rude, dismissive, and full of excuses rather than accountability. Billing was outrageous. Charged me $85 an hr for him to stand around and watch his assistant at $40 an hr. Would not show certificate of insurance which he clearly told me to watch out for uninsured people on this site. Not trustworthy…over charged my estimate was $150 and he gave me no indication how high it was going. i wanted to pay him before he left, he refused, said i’ll send you invoice after i get back to office??? Seemed odd…finally sent. $440. Still has sent No Proof of Insurance.
Managed to get our outdoor lighting fixed, which was awesome, but they spent most of two separate visits marking sprinklers that needed adjustment, showed me why, but then kept missing appointments and had huge gaps in communication. At this point I’ve paid a bunch of money to tell me my sprinklers needed adjustment, putting flags all over my lawn, and well…that is about it. The absolute most incompetent person you could ever hire. You have to pay daily. They sit around smoking and staring off into nowhere. They cut my sprinkler cables and now I have to pay $400 to repair them. Could not follow or understand simple instructions. Buyer beware.

I don't know if you're aware that I'm more affordable than any other licensed Landscape Irrigators in Austin. Most of them charge $150 per hour and don't bring an assistant to get twice as much done per hour of labor, like I do. Needs to be upfront on first visit if he thinks he will be able to repair. Paid him $500 for no resolution. Had to hire someone else to repair and was completed in an hour. Definitely would never refer him to anyone else.
