As you can see from my ratings, I have done quite well at keeping my customers happy. I had spinal surgery a month ago and this was my first week back in the saddle. Their staff is slow in work. Owner will send a guy he will make the video call to the owner and owner gives directions to the staff for instructions things go very slow. Second day when I asked about his experience on fixing things they left with out fixing the repair as I asked his experience as I am paying. For same amount of work other company gave $385 quote.
