We have been to this particular Big Boy several times and the service has been great. Yesterday, we stopped again before going to Costco and we must have waited 5 minutes to be seated. There was one waitress standing at a table talking to a customer about anything and everything except food. Another waitress came by with food and just looked at us. Big Boy has always been one of my "go-to" places... I love their food, and service is usually exceptional. A few of the servers at the Wilson store.. Stephanie, Noe, and Ian always do a good job. Ya just can't go wrong at Big Boy

We've always loved the food at this Big Boy restaurant - as compared to others. Also very clean and the staff is quite friendly. The breakfast buffet is a huge hit with all of us. Big selection and they keep it stocked fresh all through the late morning. Even the bathrooms are some of the cleanest, best maintained bathrooms I've seen. And that's saying something!

I've always liked Big Boy. Ever since my grandmother used to take me to the location in Rogers Plaza as a child, I've loved their food. This location is pretty nice, although on busy days it can seem a bit cramped. Good food specials and a diverse menu will keep you coming back.

What a pleasant surprise! It is clean, people are friendly, there is NO SMOKING, and it tastes pretty good for a diner. As long as you don't expect too much from the food you won't be let down. My only complaint, one time we called to see how long the breakfast buffet would be running to they gave us the time. We showed up well before they said it would be over and they were closing it down. So we left. Sadness at lack of French Toast.

The Big Boy classic burger I ordered was cold and terrible looking. I didn't attempt to taste it because of the way it looked. The service was slow, we were there almost 1 hour and the were only 2 other people in the restaurant before us. I would not recommend it. The place also could use a good sweeping as there was a big clump of hair under our table.

First, this restaurant has been neglected. Most of the seats have big tears in them and I can't imagine anyone wanting to sit on them. The waitress said that earlier in the day, some ceiling tiles came crashing down due to a leak in the roof. As far as the food was concerned, I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Swiss Miss which is a burger that comes with shredded lettuce, Swiss cheese, mushrooms and tartar sauce. I asked for no lettuce. What I got was a burger with cheese. We sat here more than a half an hour after ordering and someone came and told us they were out of the ham for both our Slim Jim's and asked what we wanted instead. Absolutely ridiculous, then it was another 20 minutes before we got our order after we changed and found something else to eat. Service was terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.
