Ordered food to be delivered by Door Dash. The driver did great It was the food that was the problem. I spent over 50.00 for mozzarella sticks, Big Burger, mash potatoes, 4 chicken tenders and a pepsi. All the sticks were over cooked that the cheese was almost gone and did get one that was just breading. Suppose to get an order of fries with the chicken tenders and burger but only got 1 order which was only filled half way. this place should be closed for business. i was served a rock hard veal parmesan and waited to be served for half an hour. my partners slim jim wasn't even cooked.
Chicken was overcooked fries were undercooked was terrible. Didn't even get asked for a refund that happened on time was for our bill. The hamburger was also dry waitress. The waitress was terrible. We will not consider going back again!
The service and personality's of the employees were so bad it made me question how the owners or managers were treating them or not. Maybe the owners don't care whether or not they stay in business. If this was my restaurant I'd be in the working side by side or have good managers working side by side with the employees and customers.
We went for the breakfast buffet. It took fifteen minutes to get our drinks - but the server was delivering drinks to all of the customers who came in after us. The breakfast side of the buffet was nearly empty - but what was there tasted awful (other than the polish sausage and peppers). The gravy had ZERO flavor, the eggs all tasted gross. Went here for breakfast due to buying a Groupon voucher for this specific location. I went up to pay with the voucher and was told they wouldn't accept it. It was NOT expired. No reason given, just said they stopped accepting them three weeks ago. No signage of this. Poor business practice luring people in with the promise of the deal and then refusing to give them the deal. Overall seems to have gone down hill since new management.
Absolutely terrible! Breakfast buffet food had no taste, everything basically tasted the same, Staff wasn't very friendly, will NEVER return there ever again!
Terrible service, mediocre food. "Ran out" of silverware. Also, witnessed people grabbing the food ends of the buffet tongs, not desirable as we were there for the breakfast buffet. Chocolate milk had minimum chocolate and had to stir it myself. Wouldn't return if I was paid to do so, disgrace to the food industry.
we were greeted at the door quickly and shown to our seat. They took our order for drinks and after 3 or4 minutes the waitress took our order. 30 minutes later she came back and asked if we got our meal yet? she went to check on it and came back and said that the computer goofed up. She asked what we had ordered and went to put it in again. 15 minutes later, a guy came out with the food, the order was wrong..... WE WALKED OUT, NEVER TO RETURN
