I finally ate at big city wings after passing the place hundreds of times, we went on Monday early afternoon so it wasn't that busy. I had ordered 10 wings my wife order the wing basket off the lunch menu and my kid had the grilled cheese sandwich and for an appetizer we had the big city onion rings. Food was just above mediocre. Been here twice twice and the food is good and the wait staff is friendly. My only complaint is the management, both times that I've been here I've see the managers talk down to there staff. I don't think I'll be back unless I'm picking up a to go order only. Again no complaints on the food or the wait staff just the older managers I've seen both times.

First time visiting this restaurant and I called in a to-go order. Everything was pointing toward 5 stars until I returned home with my order and discovered it wasn't exactly as ordered. So, do give them a try but be sure to check your order before leaving if you order take-out. Other than that, everything was delicious. I may give them another try after I get past this disappointment.

Excellent service, atmosphere and food. The wings are awesome. Have ordered their hamburgers which are delicious. Place is always cleaned and a friendly environment. We often visit.

Food is always delicious! However, I can not give a 5 stars because every time that I been there I have to ask for someone to take care of our table.. it is missing big time "customer service " So be prepared to wait at the entrance until they give you a table , be prepare to wait sitting until you ask for help. No meter if the restaurant is empty.

Amazing wings, atmosphere and Margaritas! Great service and I will be coming back many many times! 5 star all the way!
