First timers here ... 6:15pm, on a Wednesday .. y’all it was busy , so early ... but great for this location! so I get it .. but our waiter didn’t know the menu , so lots of back n forth on questions.. Terrible service I mean down right awful. Waitress barely checked on us and we had to have two meals recooked one due to a known allergen and the other hard as a damn rock. Nothing was said about so sorry for this happening and NO manager came to the table to try to help with our situation AND NOTHING was addressed on our bill. WILL NOT return. They didn’t care at all that we had such bad service. The food was nothing special either.
Absolutely horrible Customer service! We waited 10 minutes just to put in our drinks and we had to track down our server. Once we finally got our server to take our drink he had a major attitude. We ordered drinks from the bar and waited 25 minutes for those to come out. When we went to go cancel them because we were thirsty and was going to settle for a soda the server was like “ Sorry the bartender isn’t doing their job so I have to make them.” The drinks finally came out and they were AWFUL! Lack of care/concern from staff and management. over an hour wait for cold, incomplete meals. no apology or explanation offered other than 'they were busy'.
Hubby and I were looking forward to finally being able to try Big City Wings for the 1st time tonight. We were seated promptly but 10 minutes came and went without anyone coming to take even a drink order. Husband didn't want to wait anymore so we left. Restaurant wasn't even half full and we could see employees everywhere just none attending us. =/
Wait Staff is young and inexperienced. Hostess had her back turned to the front door when we walked in. Another employee walked over after about 45 seconds to seat my family. The staff looks like a bunch of zombies - nobody smiles and their painfully awkward. After paying, the waiter asked if I was done as to say we need the table. It wasn't that busy and I was nursing a beer. I won't go back.
Good food and friendly staff. However the service is slow. 3 times and it has been the same.
