It's Super Bowl Sunday and this is a brand new place. Considering the crowd, new employees, and really GROUCHY CUSTOMERS, I got my "to go" order and it was exactly what I'd ordered online. . Yes, I had to wait in the pick up line for a bit, but that's what I expected. I hope this place makes it! We could use a wing place around here. My dinner was great!
We tried this new location tonight, food was excellent. Yummy potato skins, great boneless wings and a good burger. TVs viewable from every table. Beer on tap was super cold ... staff is still learning, but very attentive. Please be patient while they learn the menu. Please give them a try, check out the daily specials and help break the curse on this location!
It's is their first weekend so the waiters (yes I went more than once) weren't as familiar with the menu as you hope they will be. That being said they made up for it with personality and personal attention. Shoutout to Mia who worked opening night...really enjoyed the evening because of her. Ok this place just opened so gets a mulligan this time. Place is big and bright staff is nice and friendly. We sat in table near the video games. Lots of tvs to watch sports, we ordered our beers they came out quick. I ordered 10 wing basket with hot bbq sauce and tater tots, wife ordered 10 boneless wing basket with potato wedges and son ordered breakfast burger. Came in tonight before closing to pick up a to go order I've made over the phone to find out, I've called the wrong restaurant! I hesitated reordering but the manager and staff was extremely helpful and insisted to order now and the food will be ready in no time. Less than 15 minutes waiting by the bar, the wings arrived piping hot and fresh! All the wings were drenched in sauce as it should. Second Food Trip. You MUST get the White Wings - Bacon-wrapped goodness with jalapenos & chicken (and fairy dust, I think) - AWESOME. Wife had a stuffed spud & daughter some boneless wings, I got a hickory burger. All were served piping hot & very fresh. We may make this weekly event.
First off I have to say I really like this new location for big city wings! Today was their second day being open. Jeff is doing a great job here! He checked on our table to made sure we had everything we needed. I saw him walk the floor and do the same with all tables. That's how your run a restaurant! The wings here are huge! YUGE!!!! Kingwood Spicy So my daughter and SIL (Son-in-law) are in this weekend, and I told them about Big City wings opening up. So they are "Lets do it!" Now you know they only opened yesterday, so we may have an issue being new and all. Phone in order (because on-line is not working yet), no biggy however, to go order.
