Place has been a much welcomed addition in Kingwood. It was a little slow when it first opened, but in the last few months, it seems they definitely beefed up the service. As far as wings, the sauces are ok, but the wings themselves are what sets them apart to me. They are always crispy (hate soggy wings) and much bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings. Food was great!!!! Service was great!! Ask for Oliver for your servicer, is a very attentive and makes sure everything is great. The prices are fairly reasonable as long as you do the combos that gives you multiple options. William the manager is very nice and helpful as well. Restrooms are clean and restaurant is clean. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.

We ordered wings and fries baskets and drinks. The staff is very attentive. The food was great. Loved the variety of tv shows showing on all their TV s. By the way, we Also got a free app when checked in with the yelp app!

UPDATE: it is now 5/28/19 and I'm updating my review since the grand opening review that I listed below... now that they have been opened for a while and the dust has cleared, we have made several visits. Service is definitely lacking from the beginning when they had 3 managers keeping watch . Waitstaff is slow for the most part and not very attentive. Food seems to take a lot longer as well. My first time coming to Big City Wings and I would def come again. Good ambiance, food is great, fast service. My waiter Oliver was very nice and outgoing. I'm a satisfied customer!

Great atmosphere. Great food. My only complaint is the Buffalo wings have an odd taste. They aren't buffalo-ee enough. Their food specials are great too!

Pleasantly surprised. I've been to the Spring location and it was horrible! I went on a Thursday with my Dad and brother and they had double boneless wings. We split them between us and they were huge! Great portions sizes, the sauce was really good. We ordered firehouse, garlic Parmesan, mango habanero, and honey chipotle. The fries weren't that great, the were hardly warm with zero salt. The atmosphere was a nice sports bar. We will for sure go back.

No salt, pepper, or seasoning of any kind on my burger or fries. It would have made a huge difference, as everything looked appetizing but just kind of fell flat. My husband likes the wings here, and he knows a thing or two about wings. Good beer selection. I like that it's a family-friendly place where you can enjoy watching a game. Just wish the food was a little tastier.
