Update: 06-05-19 Tonight was the first time in a while that the service was good and the food order came out right and on time. We kept going back every few months but began to lose faith. After tonight and if they continue with good service & fresh cooked wings, we'll keep coming back! One thing they could change is lower the tv volume some. Lol Love their traditional wings! We tried one time before and had a less than thrilling experience. Spoke to manager Patricia who encouraged us to give them another shot she explained that she is the NEW gm and working on her staff. Went in tonight and things were MUCH better! Our server was spot on with accuracy and very attentive. We never even had to ask to get our water filled. The food wasn't bad the first time... taste wise... and it was good again tonight. They could be a little quicker getting it out, but overall GREAT job!

Delicious good size wings, love all the different flavors. Only suggestion I have is that ranch should not be an extra charge, everyone knows wings and ranch go together, it should be included with order. Other than that, the waitresses are nice and there is not too much of a wait time. The fries are good as well.

The service here seems to get worse with each visit. Took 5 minutes to get water. After finally getting water we didn't get the lemons that we had asked for and we had to ask multiple times. **** update**** Came in to watch the Astros game. I would say today the service was so much better. Kayley did an amazing job keeping glasses filled and making us feel like we were not invisible.

My husband and I were in the mood for wings so we decided to give this place a go. We were pleasantly surprised! Wings are a decent size and the sauce was pretty good. I will say they are a little greasy but that's to be expected with fried wings. Fries were good too. Overall service was just okay, so they could definitely work on that a bit. Huge wings, homemade sauces, and a friendly GM (Dave). They are in the old BWW location but trust me when I tell you they aren't BWW, better flavor and the food was actually hot. Place is on their fourth GM but, seems like they found the right guy. Great buy 1 get one on boneless for Thursday's, drink specials, and televisions galore. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Kiah

The wings are so good.The food was spectacular and the staff was friendly.The jalapeño poppers are delicious and the Mac an cheese sticks are to die for. Give it a chance and you'll be surprised I had a nice time at Big City Wings

Average taste, slow and unpredictable service. Big groups not recommended. Have server repeat order and verify whenever it arrives. Establishment is loud and Tele/ monitor viewing is uncomfortable, should make better viewing experience with good food service to become a go to neighborhood restaurant. Has a-lot of potential to grow. Menu prices could be lower and competitive.
