Andrew N. My experience with Big Jerry's Fencing was Just what we needed. The administrative staff was easy to communicate with and was very friendly. They were also very professional . The individuals that installed my fence did an excellent job. They were also very friendly, easy to talk with and very accommodating. We are extremely pleased with our fence.
Big Jerry’s was fantastic to work with. They made the whole process so easy and when revisions needed to be made it was not a problem. They provided a scale drawing with all information about the fence for our HOA which made the approval process painless. Communication was great and made sure we had everything in order for our install by sending emails with reminders to make sure we were on top of all the requirements (permit if required, HOA approval, 2ft clearance) for a successful install. My experience with this company was excellent. I was able to discuss my needs with the rep and was provided a drawing to scale of what I was asking for. They were very upfront and honest about what they can and cannot do and pricing was exactly as they stated it would be. There was a concern with a post’s place next in relation to my foundation that they were able to quickly resolve. Big Jerry's was great to work with. They let us know up front how long it would take to get our fence installed and we were only delayed by a few days because of rain. They kept in touch with us throughout the process so we were not wondering their status. I had a very minor issue after the installation and they came back the next day to fix it. Very nice work!

Big Jerry’s was extremely easy to work with. Most of the process was highly automated and efficient. The fence and trash can enclosure we had installed both look awesome. High quality materials, and great workmanship created a very substantial, durable, and beautiful end product. The installation crew did a wonderful job. They were very professional, and great to work with. I would highly reccomend this company.
