They did a great job on our fence; however, left a mess in the yard.
Big Jerry sent me Sergio and his team, these guys were the best I've ever seen, they are super professional and knowledgeable about their trade. I had no idea how they were going to handle the steep graded hill in our backyard but Sergio and his team tackled it and everything looks so much better than I even imagined. I contracted with Big Jerry's Fence to install 2 gates and a few feet of fencing in my back yard. Part of the job was excellent but one gate (on a slope ) left enough space at the bottom that my small dog could get out. I told the office that was unacceptable and I wanted several pickets replaced. Finally, I got a BJF representative to come out and look at it. He said that was the best they could do. I disagree and will have to fix it myself. Customer satisfaction is not their strong point. Larry N
Very good overall experience with Big Jerry's Fencing. They had the most competitive bid and their sales team was very communicative and easy to work with as we went through many revisions. When it went over to the operations side the communication was not as good leading up to the install, the only thing keeping them from 5 stars. The install team was efficient and did a very nice job with our vinyl fence, we are very satisfied with the end result. All in all, would definitely recommend Big Jerry's!
Had a very good experience with Big Jerry's Fencing. We moved cross country back to NC and had to coordinate through Dee long distance all the details for our new home.
