Wonderful experience! In spite of COVID, weather issues, etc...the communication was excellent and the installation was high quality, and I have a very steep sloped back yard. I got the 5 foot black aluminum fencing and it looks great with the house. Big Jerry's is the most affordable option and you get a great product.

quick scheduling, fair pricing, very good workmanship for a last-minute small project that was needed for myself and a neighbor. The project even fixed his gate which was not opening well, that was not intended as part of the project but the good workmanship addressed it as well

We love our fence and the price was excellent. The office is easy to work with and very friendly. There were only two problems: there was a LOT of clay left on the grass for us to clean up and there were a number of places where the pickets were not evenly spaced. After a supervisor came to see the fence, the crew came out to correct the picket problem and now we have a beautiful fence for a great price.

We are beyond thrilled with the fence we purchased from BJF. The office staff was very friendly and professional. They were always very helpful with all my questions and concerns. After the fence was installed we had a few minor adjustments that needed to be made and they made it a priority to get to our house and fix it right away. Our fence is beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

Overall we love the quality of the fence and the easy process from start to finish. I'm very glad we went with this company over others for our home. When the crew finished installing we expected them to at least let us know they were done to do a QC/walkthrough of the install but they just left without letting us know and an hour later we got the final invoice. So that was a little frustrating but the quality of the fence makes up for this little gripe we had.

Update to my previous review. The 3 board wood fencing is great, my complaint is with the 2x4 woven horse fence w/wood posts...we expressly discussed that the posts needed to be 8' apart in that area so if we wanted to go back and add top boards we could...unfortunately we already paid the bill. When we went back to measure to be sure 8' boards would fit to our surprise the posts were not 8' apart...some were farther so there goes us being able to add the boards. NOT HAPPY. BJF was by far the easiest company to obtain a quote, order materials, and schedule the installation. The installers were polite and professional. The project turned out better than I imagined. Highly recommended

Great job on our horse fence. The crew was professional, fast and did an excellent job in this incredible heat. Could not be happier. Even finished the job a week early. Worked with us when we had questions/changes. Would not hesitate to have them out to do more fencing in the future if we need it. The whole crew is great! Thank you!
