Welcome! Bikram Yoga Columbia is located in the heart of Forest Acres, at 4715 Forest Drive behind Groucho’s. We are proud to be the 3rd affiliated & certified Bikram Yoga Studio to open in South Carolina & 1st to open in the city of Columbia. We are now offering Inferno Hot Pilates classes daily & 3 types of Bikram Yoga Classes: 60 minute, 75 minute, & the original 90 minute Bikram Yoga classes. Our goal is to improve the health & well-being of our students by providing the highest quality Bikram Yoga instruction in a comfortable, convenient, safe & attractive location. I really enjoy torched barre!!! The instructors are very skilled, the work challenging and the results for me have been decreased hip pain and toned arms and shoulders. Highly recommend this class and studio

This beautiful studio has classes for everyone! It doesn’t matter if you just started or if you have been exercising for years. Classes are doable yet challenging at the same time. I am always encouraged to go at my own pace yet constantly inspired to push myself outside of my comfort zone. The instructors are knowledgeable, well trained and gentle, yet highly motivational at the same time. I leave class everyday with a calm mind, a energized body and a happy heart!❤️

Teachers are fantastic. They make everyone feel comfortable that they are performing at the levels appropriate for each. Workouts are challenging but can be modified according to each person’s abilities.

This place rocks! The instructors are awesome. I signed up in Jan 2019 and have been going strong, almost daily. The hot yoga is healing me from the inside out. My rotator cuff issue is improving, and my flexibility is expanding. Every week I'm seeing progress with achieving the different poses. I'm completely addicted.

Love the people and workouts at Bikram Yoga. They offer a variety of classes with different teachers and all are awesome. It is the only exercise class where when I leave, I think when CAN I go back??
