Some refer to class as the torture chamber; but you will exercise every muscle, joint, and get oxygen to all of your body. Sharpens the mind and relaxes the muscles for improved movement and flexibility of the body at any age.

Absolutely love this studio! All of the instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. When I move from Columbia, I think this place is what I'll miss the most!

I have practiced Bikram yoga regularly for 5 years now. When I travel, I always try to find a studio - I've visited studios in Canada, Mexico, China, Germany, and at least 20 in the US. While I was in Colombia, SC - i visited this studio 3 times - EACH time I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly, helpful smile. I took classes from 3 different instructors.
