Better communication
From the beginning of this process we had trouble getting in touch with Mr. Morin when we had questions. We had been told to call if we had questions. When we did call and left messages our calls were not answered or returned un a timely fashion. After complaining to the sales rep, where we purchased our home, things did get better.
