I think the communication aspect of the process could have been better. We were not aware of the progression of the process as it moved along, we were required to see the same documents multiple times and that was very frustrating. I feel going forward the team should make their potential clients aware of everything going on....whether either is good or bad. Communication is very important, everyone is supposed to be in the same team.
