Bill was great 👍, but the ability to communicate with his staff and upload documents on the system they utilize, was troublesome and complicated at times.

Bill really fought for us when it came to locking in a fantastic interest rate. He worked with us daily when the builder was having issues committing to a closing date. He is extremely sharp and we really, truly appreciate all his efforts. Thanks Bill!

I believe the reason We were not able to close on the 10th was due to Not having all the documents on time. I was asked for a copy of all my assets again, two days before closing. Bill did take the time to explain everything to me, which I appreciated. In the end I think it was more Amber who did not have all the documentation needed.
