Bill was great 👍, but the ability to communicate with his staff and upload documents on the system they utilize, was troublesome and complicated at times.
He was professional and courteous . I just wish the system you use was more user friendlly. We would also would rather deal with one person who until our paperwork reached the underwriting team .

I believe the reason We were not able to close on the 10th was due to Not having all the documents on time. I was asked for a copy of all my assets again, two days before closing. Bill did take the time to explain everything to me, which I appreciated. In the end I think it was more Amber who did not have all the documentation needed.
