A heads up if different people contacting and asking us for information would be nice. We knew we were working with Bill and then Amber called without notice, then Kathy entered the picture. It would've been helpful if Bill would've told us to expect others within his circle to call and possibly even their names.
Everything was electronic, which is nice for me. Communication was great, I always knew where were were in the process. Friendly staff.
