Bill proactively followed up with us approximately a year after we closed and became eligible to switch from a FHA loan and its PMI to a conventional loan. \n\nHe provided us options for refinancing and reached out to our realtor to get an estimate of our home’s value.\n\nHe made the refi process very simple and convenient and is saving us almost $200 a month by eliminating PMI.\n\nHis team clearly communicated with us and kept us well informed throughout the process.
