Bill was very responsive and did a great job at helping us complete our loan process. He came into a difficult loan process and help us complete the loan in a timely manner. He answered our questions in a thorough and understandable manner. He listened to our concerns and then addressed them in a way that easy to understand and very helpful.

Bill Morin assisted me in refinancing an investment property. He was able to accomplish what other banks could not. He was professional, communicative and extremely responsive. Bill was very helpful in getting us a loan for a house we were purchasing. He was very patient with my impatience regarding the crazy new requirements implemented by the government since the housing crisis. He also helped us find a good rate and actually allowed the rate to drop then lock us in.

I contacted Bill Morin after trying to modify my loan due to hardship. I was not approved so I reached out to Bill. He was so helpful and patient as I went around to do my "shopping" with different banks. VIP not only offered the best deal but no other mortgage broker even measured up in any way to the customer service and follow through that Bill provided.
