Constant email reminders when we already submitted. Just annoying to see them. Not clear communication on the buyers part. Amber did good but again too many emails reminders when complete. We were happy with the times we got calls or emails when things were due. But the company believes that the buyer automatically knows where to go to get info updated or how to login to pull up links where 2 or more folders were in place.
