Bill and his team was excellent from beginning to end. Bill took additional time to ensure that we fully understood everything, answered all of our questions promptly, and was always professional in his communication.
Well we didn't really have an option for mortgage. Bill and Amber did great. \nI think is the biggest thing was lack of communication from home builder. It made things look like the mortgage was dictating closing which wasn't true.
We’ve used Bill on several occasions and everytime he was fantastic, straightforward and walked us thru every issue and concern we had. We would recommend Bill to anyone in a heartbeat . Thanks again Bill.
