Bill did a good job helping us understand the mortgage lending activity as it occurred. What could be improved is being more open with what investors the company was working with. We were never shown reports of what we were working with, instead we were told the rates and had to take that at face value. Bill did an excellent job of communicating with us when it mattered most.
