Impressed with the follow-through, I thought you were blowing me off, but then you did something. I was frustrated with the long message your rep left. It was confusing and the audio broke up. I’m still not sure Spectrum is going to live up to the bargain and I think they want me to lock in the rate for two years, so I’m looking into that.
