Trevor was ontop doing an awesome job! He contacted Spectrum and also asked me if I would accept a newer modem. Of course I was. 10 minutes later he texted me that he saved $1080 for the next 2 years!!! What a hero worker! And also a hero company Billshark is. Loving it to the fullest.
