Lisa was even more stellar than last year. Would never have imagined it was possible. But apart from Lisa's great work, I don't understand why Billshark doesn't post invoices to customers' accounts. At some point I owe Billshark some money but no bill has been forthcoming or available. In the Assisted By drop-down below is a Brian Keaney. To my knowledge I did not interact with Brian, only Lisa.
