So far so good. I have submitted another bill for you to work on. Question: at first I thought Billshark charged 33% of the savings but now I see it is 40%. Fair enough. Reading your latest web info, it looks to be 50%. What is the correct amount ? Thanks.

They were very fast getting a discount although it wasn’t that much and they take 40% of it, but any little bit helps.
Jennifer took over the waiting on the phone with my wireless service and saved me $240 over the next 2 years AND added 1 more GB of data with no changes to my service plan. The fee of 40% may seem steep but my time is worth something too, plus I do not want the hassle of being on perma-hold with ANY company.

I mistakenly didn’t see an email with the breakdown of my savings. I called my representative Carolyn in Massachusetts and she explained everything to me, and resolved all my issues, within 5 minutes. Great customer service. I wish there was a way to turn my 1 star review into a 5 star review. The issue ended up being with Comcast, and totally unrelated.
