The service was great, I got a discount and my internet speed was tripled, however, when I tried to contact support about a question I was connected with someone who spoke poor, broken english and kept repeating generic facts about the service until I finally figured out how to communicate that the issue was not related anything she was talking about. I liked the fact that you took a good bite out of my Comcast cable & Internet bill, but was kind of surprised by the big upfront payment for the savings over two years. Also, I thought I would be able to preview the savings and decide whether or not to take the deal or not. Not be immediately committed and billed for the savings.
