I got help, sure. but a whole 30 dollars on a first bill that was 525 now its 490? I still cant pay it.Thanks for the help but I still can't pay them. That bill has two upgrade fees on it for upgrades i never did, ITS A NEW LINE. and a 299 deductible because they forced me into using the insurance for their fault.

I was charged 72 dollars for fixing one bill. When I asked to be put on a payment plan you wanted me to pay $9. All and all, I would say you guys are a bunch of scam artists! You save me a little money on a bill and the money I save I have to pay to you for using your service. It's going to cost me 2 months of savings to pay your bill. I would have been smarter to call them myself!! I don't charge $72!!
