This was so easy -- and all done via email. Saving for another year without any effort on my part. Ashley was great and was very thorough about the process.
Ashley was assisting me. I had a promotion on my internet account that was ending in the first week of November. I was told that Billshark will contact the provider and negotiate a deal. Even though Ashley said she was late to get started for a deal, we received a deal starting in the next month.
