This service is a joke. You have to pay a fee in order to save. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Make sure you FULLY read the terms and conditions because you can’t opt out of the service once they negotiate your savings. Learned the hard way. I wouldn’t suggest this service to anyone I know.

They were able to get a good chunk of my bill reduced for one month. Even though only for one month it’ll help
