Other lenders were not sure how to handle a unique situation I had. Billy knew his stuff and came up with a plan. While we ended up going a different route we stuck with primary residential mortgage because they were quick and know how to run a business. Friendly staff. Billy's team was helpful through all steps of the complicated process. We are extremely grateful for their help. Our only complaints: - The sale listing failed to disclose a hidden HOA and its fees, in the form of a special tax district. As this is the preferred lender for that listing I will take a star from here. - Our phone service is bad and it was hard to get info by email.

Overall smooth process and friendly employees. There were a few hiccups with knowing what documentation was needed to be filled out prior to closing (we would get everything in and then get a call/email saying we still needed another document that we were unaware of). However, the small hiccups were always resolved and we understood that every home buying experience is different and involves a lot of time and effort.
