When people are older they may need a lot of help on the computer. I received a request for documents jan 17th and i drove them over to the office but then i had to resubmit the paperwork because it had been 2 mos. If I had known that I would not have rushed them over because in Jan we knew the townhome would not be ready until April, possibly later. Genie was always extremely nice and helpful but I also did not grow up with computers and always had a lot of emails from you guys, it was a strugg

We don’t even have words to express how smooth and fun this process and experience was with Billy Campbell and his team. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable, quick communication, genuinely excited for us!
