I'm a first home buyer so I had a lot of questions during the loan application process. Andy spent at least an hour over the course of a few weeks answering questions and repeating himself in different ways to help me understand the mechanics of the loan. Can you get him a trip to Paris or something?

Billy called us personally within 5 minutes of finding out that there was an issue with a snafu (not on our end) with double contingency closing. Billy reassured us everything was going to be okay and they will be with us until the end. The office staff was extremely thorough and energetic! Billy took time out of his day to call me when our loan was initially approved. This firm was referred to us by our realtor and I would highly recommend them for anyone's next loan. Thank You!
