We were very disappointed with the communication & Timeline we received once we had applied for new loan. After we reached out we were told wrong date of closing, then wrong time. We are professional people and had to keep rearranging schedules. The applying process was very smooth but schedule & timeline plus communication was poor after that. We had a wonderful experience with our original purchase but the refinance was not @ the same level.

The communication was great over all and the videos per phase made the journey enjoyable. There were some delays at some points in communication when I started working with Genie and I wasn’t prephased on what’s next unless I asked but other than that it was a great process. Thank you!
