We had a slight mix up on the load program and communications, at the last minute, mostly due to fluctuating market conditions. In the end, Billy's team huddled up to find the discrepancy, and all was resolved to our satisfaction.

Primarily working with Billy and Wendy on the front end. Genie was helpful as well! I do wish there was more communication during the loan process time 4-5 weeks of pretty much silence. I think that could be improved upon...even an occasional auto email to let us know what stage the load was in that included the rate lock percent and when it expires. Overall great experience!
