Throughout the process we had many questions and every single person we spoke to was so helpful and kind. Even in times where someone may not have known how to support is in the way we were needing or if they didn’t know the exact answer to our question, they made sure to find someone who could help. Everyone works so hard to keep us informed and involved in the process. We were a little disappointed in the Closing process this time. We arrived for our scheduled time, and the docs werent there yet. We came back an hour later and closed, but then the money wasnt there so we were not able to collect the check. We had an appointment at our bank to payoff our HELOC, and was not able to do that as planned. The money arrived by wire later that day however, and all is well.
