I had started my home buying process with another lender then there was a collection account showed up on my credit report and with the lower credit score because of the collection account I was no longe qualified for the loan with that lender . With the recommendation from my realtor I contacted Primary Residence mortgage Ana started the loan process again , they got me a loan at a lower interest rate than the first lender
