My experience was stress-free and very quick I was very nervous about the whole situation . However, Bill made me feel at ease! He is very professional and has the patience of a saint! I knew I had so many questions (& at times I asked over&over), but Bill was right there to answer all of them. I am so grateful to have met him and to have him with me every step of the way to help me get everything back on track!! He is an earth angel 😇

Wonderful, prompt service and was honest throughout the process. When I started this process, I had something specific in mind. I originally looked a many different vendors and started the process with a couple. What the made the difference with me, was they said they were doing what I wanted but as I started looking more that wasn't the truth. Billy helped us out of a mess. I expect we were not typical--older and without a lot of resources. Billy listened patiently to why we needed to refinance (a stupid mess we got into and needed to pay off) and how terrified we were that, if this didn't work, we'd end up homeless and on the street. We were truly terrified, and I expect that was hard for him too. He listened, reassured, and then--and this must have been frustrating--walked us through all the computer processing parts.
