Everyone here was amazing and extremely friendly. It's not often people look forward to seeing a dental office but it's hard not to love everyone when they are this nice.
My first impression was a polished comfortable waiting area. I met Tonya the X-ray tech, who was very sweet. The time spent with Dr. Saperstein was so informative, we hit it off well, as we both talked about art. He explained the things well, with verbal illustrations as we talked about some issues with my teeth. I went down the hall to have Shelley clean my teeth. Had an excellent experience with these guys. They squeezed me in without any trouble, we're fast and friendly, professional, I highly recommend them.
I had a bad experience with previous dentist, so I was leery of a new office. I checked Biltmore Commons on Google and it showed many 4.9% reviews.The office staff is friendly, and helpful, and empathetic. Dr Sadowski has a calming, informative demeanor, and causes you to feel comfortable and safe. I feel this is my new dental home!
2 lower molar extractions - 24 hours ago - no pain. Residual discomfort, yes. Still no pain. I took Advil once 4 hours after removal, and iced once (20 minutes) Incredible, amazing. Thank you Dr Mark S.
This was my first time at this office. Shelley came to get me in the waiting room and take me to the inside area where the treatments are done. I was having a routine cleaning. She explained their routine and what and how she was going to clean my teeth etc She told me a little about herself and how long she has been doing this.
